Authentic vacation experience

Welcome to Le Mas de Brel, a beautiful "ferme de château" located in the heart of the breathtaking region of Uzés.

At 4 km from Uzés lies the peaceful Arpaillargues; a typical Provencal village.

In 2023 I started renovating this "ferme de château. Our gîtes offer a perfect combination of tranquility and comfort.

Our history begins in the 90's when, due to circumstances, we ended up in Uzés for a vacation. We immediately fell in love with this region. We were enchanted by the beautiful buildings, the wonderful nature, the beautiful light, the charming villages with their markets and the wonderful French lifestyle. "Un coup foudre," as they say so beautifully in French. After several years of daydreaming, I decided to settle here permanently.

Through friends, I got in touch with the previous owner, Maddly Bamy, the girlfriend of Jacques Brel. Who at some point offered me this "ferme de chateau" for sale.

The name was quickly chosen: a tribute to the great Jacques Brel. I will try to reflect the rich history of this building on another page.
